It’s Taco Taco Tuesday! This is the best meal ever to have on your busiest night. I seriously think we sat down to eat together AND cleaned up in about 35 minutes. Then we worked on Kendall’s chore list and now it’s bath time. I love meal planning! And I laaaa-uuuuuuve tacos!
Tacos are easy, I don’t really need to give you a “recipe”. I actually cooked the meat with seasonings according to the packaging on Sunday, put it in a reusable container, and froze it. Last night I took it out to thaw, and threw it in the crock pot before I picked up Kendall from school. The only issue with this is my family kept bugging me to eat tacos NOW. They kind of love them
I bought already shredded cheese, bagged lettuce, fat free plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), and then cut up a tomato quick which took me maybe 60 seconds. Super easy, super delicious.
Kendall loves tacos! She doesn’t eat it with a shell, just meat and toppings. Claire just liked the cheese, yogurt, and tortilla. We use wheat tortillas.
Plan this meal when you are busiest! The meat and seasonings are probly not the healthiest, but pair with greek yogurt and fresh veggies for the health factor!
Last night we had Sweet and Sour Chicken and Fried rice, click here and check it out!
